Whelan Hygiene Services were commissioned to undertake the clearance and recovery of a large derelict warehouse that had become occupied by squatters and was heavily contaminated with rubbish, debris and hazardous waste.
The building had been left unused for a considerable period and had deteriorated significantly. Property managers required a rapid, safe and professional clearance to allow the building to be secured and prepared for redevelopment.
